Hello Donella,

Christopher was my uncle. He was the brother of my dad (Donald). Christopher also had a brother John, and 2 sisters named Flora and Chrissie. Flora had a shop in White Street. After Christopher died, my grandma and aunt Flora and Chrissie moved to Anniesland and my aunt Flora had a sweetie shop on the Dumbarton Rd in Partick. They belonged to the free church of Scotland and attended the free church in Partick. My aunt Chrissie was the last to pass away and I attended the funeral in Glasgow approx. 11 years ago. My uncle Christopher is buried with my grandma and aunt flora and Chrissie at the cemetery near Maryhill, and there is a headstone there with names and dates on it.

Hi again,

I also meant to add that Christopher's brother John MacRae was a piper and was secretary of the MacRae pipe band in Glasgow.
Uncle Christopher was also the preferred choice of reporter/photographer to cover the Mod and many highland assignments due to being anative Gaelic speaker. Look forward to hearing back from you, but I may not be able to reply for a few weeks as off to India for a trip.
