The Public Enquiry into the proposed Beauly to Denny Pylons finished hearing objections in November 2007. Both Jim McRae and Fraser McRae spoke on behalf of Clan MacRae and confined their objection to the effects of the pylons on the battlefield.
The Reporters are now considering the application and we expect that they will make their recommendation to the Scottish Government around the autumn of 2008. The Scottish Government will make the final decision, probably some time early in 2009.
