Head towards Kincardine on the main road in from the east, past the Cargill turning, through Greenock, then Kinloss and on to Bervie. At Bervie, turn left onto the Lochalsh Road, past the Holyrood turn, then on to Lothian. Turn right at Lothian, then left onto the Kintail Line, ending at Kintail.
A tour through taking in the sights of Scotland you might think? Maybe, but this is in fact a 40 mile journey through southern Canada on the Bruce Peninsula, around 100 miles west of Toronto, which was heavily settled by Scots from in and around the Kintail area.
Travelling from here southwards towards London about 75 miles away, you'll pass such places as Seaforth, Nairn, Cairngorm, Belfast, St.Helens, Manchester and Brussels!
